Tour Description:
Departing from Yogyakarta at 3:30 AM, you’ll travel in comfort to Borobudur, the world’s largest Buddhist temple and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Arriving before the gates open to the public, you’ll enjoy special access to this sacred monument while it’s still wrapped in silence and mist. As you climb the ancient steps to the upper levels, a sense of wonder takes over—especially when the first rays of sunlight spill over the horizon, illuminating the stupas in a golden glow.
As you reach the highest platform, prepare for an unforgettable view. Slowly, the eastern sky begins to glow orange, pink, and gold. The thin mist that shrouds the plains and hills surrounding the temple will begin to lift, revealing the silhouettes of hundreds of stupas, including the iconic main stupa. - 03:30 am – 04:00 am Pick-up from your hotel in Yogyakarta and transfer to Borobudur area
- 04:00 am – 04:30 am Registration at Manohara, wristband tickets, Upanat sandals, flashlight and meet your guide at the meeting point
- 04:30 am – 05:00 am Walk to the Borobudur Temple monument (up to the 9th level)
- 05:00 am – 06:30 am
- Enjoy the sunrise from the top of Borobudur Temple
- Take time for photos and absorb the peaceful morning atmosphere

- We are so flexible with the payment. We could accept cash, bank transfer or PayPal.

- Hotel pick up and drop off are available within Yogyakarta Region or in radius 20 KM from city centre

- Airport Pick Up or drop off (Yogyakarta Airport) is considered as an additional service.
- You may stop for meals; suggestion a local food that you might try. The meals expenses are not included on the tour.
Cancellation policy
- For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
